Demelza Danquist has been serving clients for over a decade in 1:1 and group dynamics to support the natural release of the past, providing space for the creative to flow through.

Together, we choose to live in a world where people genuinely care for one another at the root of it all. Maybe, beyond the confusion of chaos and illusion of separation, there is a re-membering that everything is interconnected as one. When there's a pause to return to oneself, the relationship to it all can be felt.

For me, music is medicine—a path of healing, remembrance, and transformation. After migrating from Colombia to Guatemala as a child and later to Mexico, I discovered that my voice could become the safe home I had been searching for. Through singing, songwriting, improvisation, and creative expression, I learned to transform pain into beauty and reclaim my power, freedom, and joy. Today, I share this journey with others, guiding them to reconnect with their authentic voice and discover their own unique song, their own medicine, through the healing power of music.

Andy Varela is a sound therapist and wellbeing facilitator based in Mexico.

Through gong, Tibetan singing bowls, aromatherapy, and mindfulness-based practices, she creates experiences that invite deep rest, self-connection, and inner balance.

Her work is inspired by the belief that wellbeing begins when we learn to relate to ourselves and to life with greater awareness, compassion, and presence.
